Q: Summer is coming! How can I protect my hair from chlorine damage?

A: The best way to prevent chlorine damage is to wet your hair and apply a leave-in conditioner before going in the water. When you're done swimming, rinse out the conditioner in the shower. We can recommend a good leave-in conditioner for your hair type when you come into the salon.

Q. How much should I tip?

A. Tipping is a personal thing and should be done if you feel the service deserves it.  If you look at it as if you were dinning at a restaurant, tipping percentage should be given as such.

Q. How often should I wash my hair?

A. How often one washes their hair depends on the individuals hair.  If you tend to have excessively oily hair then washing everyday may be good.  But generally, one should wash there hair every other day.  This does not mean that you can't use conditioner everyday.  It is best to ask your stylist what cleansing regimen you should follow.
